1. About

HistoVision ("the App") is a personal application used exclusively by its owner to manage the HistoVision YouTube channel (@factypro.ua).

The App is not offered as a public service. It does not accept users besides the channel owner.

2. Use Restrictions

The App is for internal personal use only. The OAuth consent screen is technically published to "production" status solely to enable the use of youtube.upload and related scopes by the channel owner.

3. API Usage

The App uses Google's YouTube Data API v3 and YouTube Analytics API in accordance with:

• YouTube API Services Terms of Service
• Google API Services User Data Policy
• YouTube Community Guidelines

All content uploaded by the App is original or properly licensed.

4. No Warranty

The App is provided as-is for personal use. No warranty is offered for any aspect of its operation. The operator assumes all responsibility for content uploaded via the App.

5. Liability

In all cases, liability is limited to the App operator's own actions. No claims may be made by third parties against the App since it is not offered as a service.

6. Termination

The App operator may stop using the App at any time by revoking OAuth credentials and deleting local data.

7. Governing Law

These terms are governed by applicable law in the jurisdiction of the App operator.
